"My son had an accident here and they wouldn't give me a statement and claimed their phone was not working and that nobody can help me with that."

"Room and hotel are worn. Very small bathroom with shower that dribbled water and exhaust fan that sounded like a plane landing. Wallpaper peeling, corners dirty, light gaps all around the door. Parking lot needs repaved. Breakfast was surprisingly decent. Also, $5 a day for wifi."

"Everything was clean and well maintained. I would have liked for there to be other activities on site beside gambling. It would have been nice to have an activities person at certain hours or certain days to engage the guest in simple activities such a bingo, pool volley ball or scavenger hunts to make it less of a gambling experience for those of us who do not wish to gambel night and day."
