Easy location to pretty much everything. Very centrally located. The couch was very tiny and not in the best condition. The king bed was okay. The company helped us move our reservation easily which we appreciated a lot. We had a quick trip and weren’t at the place much. Overall I’d stay here again
Booked a place near my daughter’s friend who is in law school. 2 minutes away from her place and so many things to do close to the property. Beds were comfy! Neighborhood was cute and quiet. Will definitely be back on our next trip’
We had our weekend packed so we didn’t use the kitchen to cook or anything but it was great! The rooms were perfect for me and my girls! Clean and easy

Great location but…
It really is a great location. Close to everything you might want or need. I have to agree with the other reviews that said the furniture was so uncomfortable. Also, driving up at night we realized the shades don’t block anything. It would be nice to be able to undress in your bedroom without wondering who all can see you.
The location and cleanliness of this property were great. Bedding was fine. The living room and dining room furniture were very uncomfortable. Couch was ridiculously hard. The downstairs half-bath door did not latch. The AC automatically reverted back to 68 degrees — which for our family was quite cold.
The rental was located perfectly for our exploring! Our activities included the HL Hunley Museum, downtown comedy, City Market, Patriot's Point, Fort Sumter, Sullivan's Island for beach time and an Eco Marsh Tour off Folly's Beach. We felt close to everything! The kitchen was well appointed for our basic needs, beds were SUPER comfy! Basic personal needs were met--kitchen and laundry--paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher pods and sponge in the kitchen. Bathrooms-body soap, shampoo/conditioner. We were near an Aldi, which was great for groceries and sunscreen. (lots of other grocery stores as well, we just love Aldi) Filtered water from the fridge to fill water bottles. The town home community was very peaceful and quiet. Wifi and television met our needs well. Would recommend and stay again if in the area again.
The townhouse was as pictured. It was clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It had updated appliances and modern fixtures. Would definitely stay there again.
This is an attractively remodeled property we stayed in for an extended weekend to attend a family wedding. Comfortable, clean, and close to restaurants and venues.
Very clean vacation home that was close to what we wanted to see and do. Loved the extra storage space in the pantry. The resource books were very helpful. Would recommend to small family groups
We couldn't be happier with this VRBO. We highly recommend it to anyone that is looking at staying in Mt. Pleasant. Updated space and quiet neighborhood.
Met our needs as we were in town for a wedding so didnt need the full kitchen Biggest opportunity n ro improve is pilows were very flat and not a real blanket for the beds..just a thin blanket like you would use as a cover when watching a movie..no spare blankets in house. I also recommnd putting curtains up in bedrooms..privacy blinds only were on windows and didnt block out sun so was very bright early in morning in fro t faving bedroom
This was a nice place to stay -- convenient to Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan's Island, very clean, and quiet neighborhood. There is a small outdoor area in the back but no furniture to sit on and enjoy. This is more of a place to sleep than a vacation-y condo. But we'd stay again!

Reviewer Comments:
Aside from the mold in the upstairs bathroom, the property was acceptable. Location was good/central to meet the needs of my vacation.
This property is in great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, 15 minutes drive to Charleston downtown, isle island and Sullivan island. The house inside is very clean and perfect for small families of 4 or less. If you need to use the sofa for extra sleeping space, remember to bring your own one. The house doesn’t provide extra sheet.

Nice townhouse. Centrally located in town. Plenty of room and very clean. Had everything we needed. The living room couch and chair could be a little more comfortable. Beds were very nice. Nice neighborhood. Beach is only 5 miles away.
My husband and I spent Christmas with our adult children at this lovely home. It is stocked with everything you need. It’s only 13 minutes from the beach and 10-15 minutes to Charleston. Driving from Mt Pleasant was easy and we always found parking. We explored the area for over a week and fell in love with Charleston! The house is small but it fit the 4 of us just fine (and my daughter’s small dog-they even had dog bowls out for us). The small fenced backyard was perfect to let a little dog out. We had prompt text responses from Turnkey. The only thing I didn’t care for was the $40 late check out fee. It seemed really high for 2 hours, but in the end we did purchase the extra time since our flight wasn’t until evening. We would stay again. We made great memories!
