"This was first time using Vrbo, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However my expectations, were far exceeded. When we first arrived, the host was extremely friendly, and noted places to go and eat. When we arrived at the cabin, it was exactly how it looks in the pictures. He, once again explained everything in detail how allof it works. The host was very informative. The cabin it self was great, and private. The only noise we heard was the water going downstream. There was a train, nearby. However we barely heard it, and didn’t affect how we slept. The cabin was extremely warm with the wood stove. The host was always there if needed but left us to be. The bathroom situation may seem, uncertain at first. But was very simple to use, and it never smelled! Overall if you want a cozy, warm , romantic, simple place to getaway. This would be the place to be. We will definitely be back. "

"Host are amazing - very responsive, helpful and willing to go extra mile to make our stay comfortable. House is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups and appliances (3! Coffee machines). With 4 bedrooms, there was more than enough room for everyone. Linens and towels were provided - which was a plus as we had a large family staying and bringing our own would have been a hustle. Washer and dryer are new and work perfectly. "

Whitney and Brian were incredibly responsive and fully stock the house with everything anyone could ever need... plus they decorated for Christmas for our family visit which was so lovely! Can't recommend this place enough!"

"Perfect little getaway place just outside the city of Rochester when you’re looking to change it up for a weekend away with the whole family! Definitely can get more use out of the space in Summer, but a great cozy cabin in the winter! Great hosts - great communication. "
