Owner lived in Europe and the United States for over 20 years and decided to build these condos to reside and settle back in Sri Lanka. Built in 2013 Spacious peaceful place with 24/7 security five minutes walk to the beach of Mount Lavinia, Railway, Major Transport and the famous Mount Lavinia Hotel. Various cuisines with a variety of delicious menus of any choice, night clubs to enjoy your vacation is at your arms length. The most breathtaking view of the sea and the city of Colombo from the roof garden of the premsies you will never forget. Guest realations and cleanliness is the main thing we care and customer service is there 24/7. Fully Equipped kitchen is a great help if your planning to stay for longer period. Wifi Cable Tv Hot water Bathrooms Fully Air condtioned place will give you peaceful and peace of mind relaxation at the place. Most of the visitors do visit us again and we have great reviews. You will enjoy the place and the area if you choose to stay with us.

Excellent stay in a foreign country

The host is very responsive and provided excellent accommodation during our stay. Highly recommended. Especially for foreign travelers who are are new to the country, the place is very convenient to train and the beaches. Best locality to live in Colombo. Thank you.
