The dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed at I had to buy $12 in cleaning products before I could even bring my clothes into the room. I bought a plastic drop cloth to put down on the rug because it was so disgustingly dirty. This hotel is being used as an apartments families with bags of clothing and many kids Also, was not serving any breakfast or coffee due to covid the dinning area room looks so dirty I would have eaten anything out of there anyhow. I believe this property should be removed from hotels.com. I was force to stay, because I could not find another hotel in the area. This is a formal request for an refund of my $209.88. I think you should really vent these properties before you promote them.

This was the dirtiest most run down place I have ever seen!!! The towels and sheets were not clean, there were burn holes in the mattress pad and don't even ask about the mattress!!! There were spider webs in the corner and dirt along the edges of the carpet. The tub was cracked and the toilet tank cover didn't match the toilet. We were booked for 3 nights but left. NEVER stay here!!!!!!

I only stay in my room for a half and hour and my wife and I left and went somewhere else, you could tell my door to my room had been kicked in, they hadn't even finished the spackling or painting yet, won't ever use Expedia again!!!

Nasty horrible do not ever stay here
This place is horrible, i mean literally horrible. Please do not stay here unless u dont care about the conditions in which you lay. Bathroom was disgusting, u dont even wanna wash in it. Sheets and pillows had stains all over. It had a weird smell and you could tell the carpet wasnt cleaned in years. Do not say here. There was no covid cleaning standards that was a joke.

They do not change the linens on a regular basis or at least ask if you want the linens changed. The staff (all of them) are very rude. They do not know how to talk to people.And on top of that; you have to jump through hoops to get a refund of your money. DO NOT PREPAY IF YOU EVER HAVE TO STAY THERE!!

Room was still being renovated at the time of stay. Cigarette burns on sheets and comforter. Tub has exposed rust. Carpet was still wet enough to soak socks. I had to check out early. However Personnel were efficient.

This was okay for a night. It does not have a lot to offer other than its location. Bed was Ok, but not comfortable. There was no coffee maker, but everything else to make coffee. It was quiet because there seemed to be few guests. We wanted to visit Philadelphia, so for this purpose it was very convenient and economical.

Black mold, black toilet water, sticky cabinets and countertops, roaches, and flies EVERYWHERE! Not once did I complain to the front desk because I also understand a lot of places are understaffed, I purchased my own cleaning products and cleaned the room myself from top to bottom. Scrubbed walls, the floor, shower, toilet, tops and insides of cabinets, etc. Also, in the almost 21 days I had been there I was never once offered cleaning services. Their maximum stay is 14 days, which I wouldn’t be as annoyed by if it applied to everyone, they have a sign that very clearly states there are no exceptions. It’s well known others have been there for months, without this 14 day rule applying to them. Understandably, I don’t know others situations, or if maybe they had been there prior to them creating a 14 day rule. However, I had already been their beyond 14 days and out of nowhere I was told my 14 days is up and I had to leave. After having to deep clean my whole room myself before even bringing any of my stuff in and not adding to their complaints, this was a little frustrating. The man at the front desk is super nice and very helpful.

Good to stay just for one night.
Before I book, it said there is free breakfast. However they said it is not available due to Covid. In some hotel they don’t have buffet breakfast but they have take out breakfast. Better not to post there is free breakfast if there is not. We are three and toiletries provided for one person only. It is good to stay one night. Planning to stay for vacation I not recommend it.

This place needs a complete renovation. Some of the staff need professional training.. I can go on, but what's the point. Looks like they're set in their ways. Definitely not worth the asking price.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! The manager is the worst customer service person I have ever met in my entire life. She was rude, disrespectful and lacked the ability to communicate and help customers. I needed to move my reservation back one day on my trip because we were behind schedule and they refused to do it, even though I had paid in full prior to arrival. She yelled at me and refused to help me at all. She charged me for a night that I did not spend in the room and I had to pay for a hotel somewhere else for one night. When I arrived I had asked for a rollaway bed for the room, she gave it away that day to another customer, even though I had emailed prior to arrival and spoke to her about it the night before. Traveling with 4 teenage/pre-teen boys, I had to sleep on the floor because they refused to help me or give me my money back so I could go somewhere else. The room was dirty and we had to moved to another hotel by hotels.com because they absolutely refused to help me. One night there was to much.

The staff was rude. I wasnt sure if it was because i was black or was visiting with children. I was put in a room that we could hear the tv over the air conditioner. I was unable to bathe my kids because of the condition of the bathroom. When i allerted staff about these issues, i was told every room was this bad but i think i was purposely given a bad room. There was no breakfast. Toilet paper , towels or rags. I wasnt able to have my little sister visit my room. I was harrassed and had to have her picked up after checking in. Was a nightmare

Don’t do it.
The room was gross. The tv didn’t work, we couldn’t be moved. The bedding had burns holes through both beds, the sink in the bathroom didn’t work. And the front desk was more worried about being on her phone than checking in and out. Absolutely terrible.

Location and desk staff are good but that's where it ends. Room was dirty, stains on the doors and walls. The bed covers were full of cigarette burns, why would you keep using them. I didn't. My stay at the Mount Laurel Super 8 was much better.

The property especially on the inside is horrible, the ceiling was falling down, the carpets felt wet in our room. Overall the room needed a lot of fixup work done.

We had a second floor room . Which Im handicapped . Had a very difficult time climbing steps. The coffeepot in room was broken. Had to gobtoo my storage for my personal coffee maker.

Fine for the price
The showerhead in our room wouldnt stay in the up position, couldnt keep a consistent temperature of water, and there were odd black spots on the floor. There was an odor of past smokers, the bed was fairly comfortable. Overall you get what you pay for.

We checked into our room and checked right back out within 5 minutes. The blankets on the bed were dirty and had burn holes in them. The room looked dingy and scary. I read so many decent reviews of this facility and was very confused how we ended up in that room. The lady at the window offered another room but I just wanted my money back and wanted to get out of there. Not somewhere I’d ever book again

i usually love coming to this hotel but this time was disappointing. the service was quick, but the tub wasnt kept clean (paint chipped, looked dirty) i wasnt comfortable with getting a shower. i went to use the bathroom and the whole toilet shifted, the toilet also ran all night. it sounded like it was being constantly used. the bathroom door had also been kicked in before so the door had shoe marks on the outside and clearly couldn't shut properly. also the remote didnt really work. im disappointed i really like this hotel but the second level is more taken care of properly than the first floor. i usually recommend this hotel to people so its a shame. i was excited to use my free night i earned and it was a waste of a night.
