Room was just renovated, so it was great looking and super cute and spacious, but the sink was filled with grout. Also the remote control didn’t work, but front desk folks sent someone to bring me a replacement and that service was quick.

I liked that it was pet-friendly, however, the fees for a pet are ridiculous. Our dog weighs 12 lbs., was not left at the hotel alone, did not bark, and did not mess in the hotel yet they charge a $75.00 pet fee plus a $100.00 pet cleaning fee. The room smelled very very musty and one of the towels had blood on it. Will not go back...staff were nice though.

Hi Brian! Thank you for your feedback as it allows us to provide better service moving forward. I would like to first address the cleanliness issues in your room; it is unacceptable, and I have relayed this information to our housekeeping department to ensure this does not happen again. In regard to the Pet Fee, we do charge every guest who travels with their pet a 75 fee as we need to deep clean the room upon departure for future guests who may have allergies. After looking at your bill, we did only charge the 75 fee. The 100 you saw on your statement was only an authorization for the incidentals; including the Pet Fee. I apologize for any miscommunication regarding that and please do not hesitate to contact the hotel if you would like to discuss any billing issues further.

My husband and I have stayed here somewhat frequently in the past. The location is great and within reasonable distance to excellent dining and shopping options. The rooms are always clean and comfortablly appointed. The breakfast buffet is always well stocked and delicious. The staff is amongst the most helpful and professional that I've come across. That being said, the toilet water pressure on the higher levels could be better...Also, during our most recent stay, the elevator and 6th floor were being renovated. We had no idea when we booked our reservation.

We visit family and stay here at least once a year. The staff, room and breakfast are great. Being an electric car owner from out of state I really wish they would install charging units. This would make it 5 stars for me.

Dirty and dated check in went smooth but if you are used to clean and modern hotels this is not it. Grouting in bathroom was atrociously dirty. Bathroom was so small with a bathtub that doesn’t drain properly. Just feels grimy and low quality. Ruined my birthday trip.

While the room, property, and staff were nice, my experience was probably the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel due to the noise. They have you sign a notice regarding being quiet after 11 p.m., but they don't enforce it. We were on the 1st floor and there were kids running around playing and screaming down the hallway until 8:30 pm and then parents/adults in the lobby just being loud until 1 am. I had to keep the TV on just to drown out the noise in an attempt to sleep and we had a morning to attend the next day.

The hotel was pet friendly as I had two tiny dogs with me but there were stains all over the carpet in the room (so much for charging a pet fee to deep clean). The TV did not work, the phone in the room did not work, the maintenance guy came and couldn't get anything working. The smoke alarm near the bed flashed all night long and as I was in the end room on the first floor it must have been near the mechanics for the pool or the elevator and there was a mechanical whirring sound going round and round all night long. It was a shabby dirty feel in this place. I complained on my way out and they refunded the pet fee but as I booked through Expedia they couldn't refund a greater amount, otherwise they would have. Do not recommend this place.

The staff was amazing and very on top of things. The service was great! The rooms could be updated the bathroom specifically but other than that it was very nice.
