Our room had black mold on the bathroom ceiling and shower nozzle. Enough that we took pictures of it, including a strange water-damage-like stain in the bedroom area’s wall. Considering my partner is allergic to mold, it was a less than pleasant find and clearly a health concern. I wouldn’t recommend this facility.

My first time at this property and i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast wasn't lavish but it was edible. The rooms were very clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I am a coffee drinker and they had hot coffee also in the lobby all day. It was convenient to shopping and the area was very quiet and safe.

Very clean and comfortable
The room was immaculate and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The furniture is a bit dated, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

We stayed one night and the staff was really friendly. They have 24 hour coffee and an included breakfast in the morning which was a nice amenity. The only complaints we have are that the TV in our room did not work, although we were fine as we just used a laptop. And there were a few stains/greasiness on the heavily used area. This was also not a big deal as we just tidied it up quickly. Overall it was a pretty good stay and we’d give it another chance in the future!

The only issue was we couldn’t really close the blinds and had to use the chair to prop against it. Our chair was beat up so maybe replace them.

great weekend get away
the room was nice and big, only issues i really had was there was some dirt on the couch. idk if it was like the rubber gromet on the vacuum desinigrating and left like black stuff on the couch. but otber then that the bed and room was clean. staff was friendly and helped. got us a fresh pot of coffee early in the morning. they were on top of things.

I liked the hotel overall. Would stay here again. It was clean but just a little outdated and furniture scuffs in room. Not a deal breaker by any means. Staff was nice but didn't really go out of their way to be more friendly. Location was convenient.

The curtains were off track and the pull things were hard to use. Because I couldn't close them properly, too much light was coming in. Also, and not a big deal, but the roller desk chair in my room was very worn, with the vinyl coming off.

Great front desk/very nice…facility poor
Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Thank goodness because after traveling all day we checked into a room that was filthy. Chips all over the floor, the fridge filled with old disgusting food that smelled in zip locks. Front desk gave us another room immediately. I also booked the room thinking we could use the fitness facility and pool, but both were closed for “renovation.” Would have been nice to have been informed of this so I could have looked for other properties at my price point, but instead paid for a room with no amenities.

I dont like to stay in hotels. this one was okay. front desk was asking for a card. but never explained what it was for until i asked. and it was a card just incase there were damages. the door to out room i didn't feel safe. it didn't latch correctly. the TV didn't work, the refrigerator was loud and it was hard to sleep. the bathroom floor was sticky. not the best experience. my husband enjoyed breakfast though.

Underwhelming and under maintained.
Disappointed to book and only on arrival be told the gym was closed. On top of that the side door card reader didn't work, the elevator was broken one day, the laundry machine supplies we're both out of order. The whole place seemed like it was I'll maintenaned and forgotten. Nothing too terrible but for the prices it just wasn't worth it.

My fiancé and I were heading back from a convention and instead of doing the trip all in one day, we decided to spend the night in a hotel. I found this one for a pretty decent rate compared to others in the area's. They listed hot breakfast, flatscreen tv's, fitness center and such. Somewhat standard. What we didn’t expect was the fantastic customer service provided to us, exceptional food selection and later checkout time of 12pm! It was amazing. I will say that they did mention they were going to be performing renovations so the pool was closed along with the fitness center (which was fine, didn’t need to really), some of the outlets in the room, which was gorgeous with a great view of the road, didn't work and the office chair was a little beat up. But it didn't stop us from enjoying the comfort the room had, the pillows and mattress were perfect. There were a few stray hairs but they could have just as easily been from us since it was just the top sheet and I only quickly looked when arriving.The bathrooms, so clean, they had little caddy with shampoo, condition and lotion built into the wall. Just exceptional stuff to be straight, really loved it so much and I honestly can't imagine how much better it will look after the remodel is done with it. Fantastic, incredible, I loved every bit of our stay. Thank you to the staff who made it easy to relax after a long day of driving and being on our feet. Made our trip home so much easier as well.

This property is tucked away in a very convenience locationwhere the Jersey Turnpike and 295 meet, a bit north of the Delaware Bridge and perfect if you want something between NYC and DC. It's not a new hotel in their line, but it is clean, safe, with plenty of parking and easy ingress and egress. The Expedia price was excellent. Local shopping center nearby with Starbucks and food along with a Cracker Barrel around the corner. Their pool was closed for construction. The staff was very professional checking us in. Will stay here again in Mt. Holly.

Staff was friendly and quick during check in. Room needed some rehab and minor maintenance. Water stains on ceiling and curtains. Rust on Shower curtain. Not enough towels provided. King bed and pillows were very comfortable.
