Still waiting on my deposit to be returned to me. Never had to return dirty towels to get clean ones at any hotel before and think there may of been a couple of dealers doing something shady judging by the way cars showed up then were gone within 10 minutes

Smell of cigarettes was heavy in the room. Room was nott cleaned, floor was not mopped, I could see muddy shoes track on the floor. Cigarettes burn marks on the bed sheets. I did not bother staying longer than 5mins

Roaches,& trash left everywhere in the property.
There needs to be more trash cans on the hallways of each floor. Trash was everywhere. There should be more trash containers in each floor hallways. There was trash left on every floor in every hallway. Which is the reason for having roaches in rooms. Your hotel should install cameras so you can see whos leaving trash everywhere charge a trash fee on there room

Disgusting and unsafe. Dead roaches in shower and refrigerator. Stove was nasty and only one burner worked. Hair in shower and sink when I asked to have it cleaned I was told they were busy but would come in morning which did not happen. People are there with huge dogs. A lot of homeless people some had 7 people on one room living next to me. I checked out after one night I didn’t feel safe. Front desk said they don’t give refunds for that reason so I was still charged for all 4 days.

Bugs found running around in bathroom in the morning. They ran when the lights came on. I was grossed out by how dirty the room was and it was hard to get in the door and all so I changed rooms. The desk person was nice. And moved me to a clean room. Unfortunately the heater didn’t work and it was cold in the room. It could’ve been fixed but maintenance didn’t even try. I got a refund for the rest of my stay and left. They decided to keep my deposit because I got a refund. That’s shady and corrupt. Will never stay here again.

For the price, I don’t expect much because that’s how most motel’s are. Just when you asked for a non-smoking room, I don’t expect the room’s linen to have smoke burns all over the comforter.

This a residency hotel. Lots of people living in the units. I picked this spot because it boasted of a mini kitchen. The room is the size of a shoe box with a huge refrigerator that takes up most of the place. There were no utensils dishes pots glasses. The stove was filthy and the refrigerator had a roach walking around in it. I found a few more scurrying under the cabinets. The floors were filthy. I complained and was moved to another unit that was equally as filthy, if not worse. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and immediately offered me a refund of my second night. Because I had planned on staying for two days. Me and my wife couldn't stay there and wound up leaving a few hours after arriving. We had to spend more money on another hotel.

The room door was open and the room was dirty , bed undone. Another room was assigned to us, similar conditions. There were not toilet paper in the bathroom, the smell of cigarettes was unbreakable.l. A group of young man kept walking outside the room. The staff at the hotel were really nice, but the hotel literally caught fire while I was staying there (like, the fire department showed up and everything). My only complaint about the staff is that they woke me up at 10am to confirm I was checking out at 11am. This would have been less of a big deal, but I was also woken up at midnight (not their fault - a result of the fire). As a hotel, they really only have one job - letting me sleep, and between the fire and the needlessly early wake-up, that didn't really happen. That being said, everyone was kind and helpful, and the fire wasn't their fault.

It is hard to find anything to like about this property. There was a man selling drugs out of one of the rooms. I went back to the hotel for the night and there were 5 cop cars, and half the building flooded. All residents had to evacuate their rooms, and the property only refunded one night. I never even stayed the night here because of this nightmare experience. Do not stay here!
