I feel like those who complain and trash others are the real problem, not the hotel. Some of us weren't raised with a silver spoon in our mouth, so hard work and barely any luxuries is a reality!! My stay here at bw started off rocky, I was checked in by an adorable little Indian girl, it went super smooth. I get to my room, pop open the door with the key card, and.... A heavy set man in his underwear laying on the bed .. OOPS. I went back down to the front desk checking I didn't pee myself since I laughed so hard . Ok people make mistakes, it was funny.. next room was a bit musty smelling but clean and the Jacuzzi could use some updates, I called the girl at the front desk and was sorry to be a pain but I'm unhappy with the room, so she said come in am and switch rooms..
Morning time came I was at front desk asking to be switched, the manager was so excited to help I believe he almost did cartwheels, or maybe that was me, I don't know, and he placed me in the biggest best room they had for my inconvenience.
PATIENCE people!!! Learn it! The universe will bless you. Then the maintenance guy, I never seen a harder worker, he approached me with a bag of beverages offered me as many as I wanted.. wait he's busting his hump and I get the drinks.. cool.. good dude, Mike I believe it was.
