"Good parking at the hotel, room was as expected based on prior stays at the Grand. Breakfast is ok. I always find the staff very pleasant, but on this trip they went beyond expectations. We usually do a great job of making sure we have everything before we leave a room. This time we left two items on the sink that didn't make it into the final re-pack of the bag. The maid found them and the front desk called us within two hours of our departure from the hotel. They were promptly returned to us for the postage amount."

"Driving across country, wanted a pet friendly hotel that wasn’t going to charge me $20 per pet. Late night staff were very friendly. Hotel has been remodeled. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. FYI to cat owners. They can get behind the bed frame and hide and there are two holes behind the locked sink in the bathroom that can climb into. This could be a huge problem for you if they’re scared and you can’t get them out. Block those spots before letting your cat out of the cage. If you’re heading east, stop at Grandpa’s Cheesebarn! Your wife will appreciate you!"
