"We are a young family of 4 from Perth. The house was clean, spacious, extremely family friendly and well equipped with everything you need for a perfect family getaway. It has 4 bedrooms and a big gated backyard. It could easily and comfortably accomodate 2 families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Cottage and would love to come back to visit again."

"THE GREAT Hassle-free check-in\out, private, secure, great water pressure, fast free wi-fi, 5min drive to Haynes shops, Friendly owners are close by if you need something, great parking, good aircon in every room, Even though its on a working estate it is still quiet - no being woken by machinery etc. All modern appliances (including washer/dryer). toilet separate from bathroom. Clean FRESH linen on beds. Looks exactly like the online photos SLIGHTY LESS GREAT Mattresses are a bit lumpy and could use a deep clean. 4.75/5 stars - will absolutely book again"
