"We received a text letting us know where to park and the code to get in . The hostel was very comfortable. We had a nice 2 bed room on the second floor and the shower was nice They left instructions for a help yourself breakfast and it looked really nice but we didn’t get to enjoy . We ate dinner , went to bed and left the house by 430 am We would definitely stay again "

"Jill was VERY accommodating and responsive to our group. The house was spacious and cozy. Plenty of bedroom space. Beds we're very comfortable. Fireplace is beautiful and kitchen is well stocked. It is a 5-7 minute downhill walk to access the slopes. The only thing we would have appreciated would have been a few more towels. We had one hand towel for each bathroom and one towel per guest. It would have been nice to have a separate face/hand towel for each guest. "

"Our family had a wonderful second stay at Tahoe East! The cabin is both spacious and cozy - with a great kitchen for cooking after-ski meals and plenty of space for our family to spread out or gather together. We love the furniture and the special things that the host has collected - books, art, etc. Some call this "clutter" but we call this cozy and homey. Perfect mix with great views and close proximity to Sugarloaf Mtn. The host is a great communicator and quickly answers questions - he is a wonderful person who has had an amazing life, lots of great stories - we love talking with him. We will return again!!"

"The cabin was great! Super cozy and fit our needs great.The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster oven, pots and pans and basic cooking ingredients. The heat works well, the floor is cold so bring slippers. Matt is a great host. We accidentally went to the wrong address and he helped us to find the place. The composting toilet works great! "

"This condo could not be more perfect set up, honestly! Everything is newly updated, clean, and really well appointed down to every last detail. We stayed there with two families each with young children, and had everything we needed and then some to make for an easy and relaxing time. The ability to open the ground-floor sliding door and literally be steps from both the bunny slope and Whiffletree is priceless, it offers something for everyone. Not to mention being steps away from the village with countless food options and easy access to amenities, really the ultimate convenience. Having dedicated parking right at your door is also a major help when loading and unloading, and one less thing to worry about. The host is also super attentive and helpful, 10/10 experience all around!"

"Michael was so responsive to any questions we had and the house is beautiful, comfortable, with a cozy fireplace and plenty of wood. Love the back porch even in the cold! Fantastic location to ski Sugarloaf. Sound proofing in rooms on the lower floors isn’t the best, but beds were comfortable and linens were good. Top floor master suite is wonderful. Highly recommend! "
