"Staff behind desk was friendly and room was clean when we arrived, but no housekeeping during two-night stay. Breakfast is basically waffle mix, small yogurt cups, fruit, cereal, pastries and sausage and perfectly round eggs that looked highly processed. We went to the Bob Evans Restaurant next door for breakfast during our stay. Not the better quality Comfort Inn experienced elsewhere."

"Solo trip to visit my son at Miami University. Pleasant, cozy, had everything I needed - Easy to regulate the heat, open some windows to let a breeze in, etc. Downstairs visitors came and went and while I heard some of their movements or talking, none was bothersome at all. Quiet in the evenings and mornings. Beautiful setting on a hillside farm with goats in a pen that you can visit. The main house is also on the property and while friendly, the people coming and going kept to themselves. So the property felt remote, yet people still around, which was all good. My son came over a couple times for dinner, and I went back and forth to visit him at his dorm numerous times - It was very easy and quick to get to campus. Great hiking at Houston Woods State Park and Rush Run Lake. "

"Our room was typical but sheets were clean and things seemed well kept. The pull out couch was brand new so they are making effort upgrade and make things better! All the staff were nice and accommodating! Saige at the front desk over night was great and the lady who took care of the breakfast in the am was super kind and friendly, she kept everything hot fresh and clean! We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we needed to! "
