"The hotel was immaculate. The only problem was that the room is very noisy. We could hear the traffic noise outside and the people in the next room. I believe the walls are to thin and the windows installed are not sound proof."

Front desk guy came to our room, looked at the sheet, said he did not know what it was and gave us sheets to change ourselves as he was the only person working. Sheets were mixed sizes. No blanket. We didn’t sleep much that night. Spoke the the manager next morning. He offered us a $40 credit for another stay. That is an insult for soiled sheets and little sleep. His 2nd offer was 2 drink tokens. Ridiculous. I tried to chat with Expedia and got partway thru my issues and was timed out. Total waste of my time. Never again."
