WONDERFUL PPOPERTY

We were a family of 9 ages 11-71 and this was an awesome property!!! Hosts were very kind and helpful! The set up of the home is great for evening privacy and the outdoor space is like no other!! The outdoor kitchen, pool area and games allowed us lots to do when at the home. We would for sure stay here again!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Mouans Sartoux

This property is amazing. It’s spacious, immaculately decorated, in a peaceful location and has lots of amenities on site and nearby. The hosts were very helpful and thoughtful. We spent five glorious weeks in May and could have stayed longer! We loved that the individual bedrooms were all en-suite and opened onto the pool area - providing our friends and family with privacy and independence - ideal for entertaining. Table tennis, pool, gym and pool table provided lots of fun and the adjacent golf and paddle tennis were great hits too. Our guests loved the property and would look to rent it themselves in the future! The property is well laid out for either a room only rental basis or renting the whole property, which is what we did.A short walk into the charming town of Mouans provided a number of wonderful restaurants with friendly service and a more local authentic experience than found on the coast. Waiters even remembered your previous orders! It also has a train station with trains taking you directly to Cannes and along the coast (including to the airport) which was great for those wanting to visit the many lovely towns along the coast - Antibes, Nice, Monaco etc. The airport is only a 25 minute drive away too. A fantastic location and property for an authentic trip to the riviera. Superb! Thank you to our delightful hosts.

Great break

Lovely villa with great amenities. Hosts are very welcoming and easy to work with. Each room has en suite, so works very well. Had a superb week as a family of 5. Easy access to everywhere you might want to get to in the region. In short, great and very happy with our choice. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa an der Côte d’Azur. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – perfekt, um die Umgebung zu genießen und gleichzeitig Ruhe zu haben. Auch die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen: stilvoll, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit Kindern da und auch dafür war alles bestens geeignet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Hosts, die jederzeit erreichbar waren und uns herzlich empfangen haben. Absolute Empfehlung!

Southern France Retreat

Wonderful stay. Villa was great. One thing I didnt realise was that each room is not connected internally only to the courtyard which for safety meant we ended up sharing a room with our daughter although we had lots of spare rooms :) Although for older children this would be fine and one of the downstairs rooms does connect to the upstairs where there is a further room too. The hosts were really helpful - even getting us groceries in before our stay. Helpful also taking my husband for a drive when we arrived to show him the local area. The location is perfect - 30 mins to Cannes and a little further to Nice but not much. The local village is lovely - about a 30 min walk (quite hilly) or a 5 min drive - lots of lovely restaurants on cobbled streets - we enjoyed many meals there. The villa itself is lovely - the pool was perfect and gave us a real opportunity to relax. Great features and loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen that was a real treat. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly hosts

The hosts were super friendly and always available to assist with anything related to the property or the area. All minor issues encountered were addressed immediately. The property itself was what we expected but the amenities (sheets, towels, kitchen accessories were lacking. Everything was a mismatch (plates, glasses, silverware, sheets, towels) and unfortunately it made the place less attractive and seem cheaper. The cleaning lady they proposed to us was amazing and did her best to help address the mismatching issue. Overall however it was a good experience with main asset of the property being the pool area with 4 of the bedrooms facing the pool making it super friendly and cozy.

Séjour à Mouans-Sartoux

Nous avons passés une semaine formidable à l'hacienda de Mr Cassert .Nous avons pleinement profités de la piscine chauffée et du jacuzzi et grace au conseils de Mr Cassert nous avons visités la région , les lieux à ne pas manquer et nous lui disons encore un grand merci . Nous avons également appréciés les chambres avec leurs S.D.B appropriées ,bref l'ensemble est super. Je recommande vivement .
