"This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed."

Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . "This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and that's a lot!) The staff were friendly, the room clean and comfortable with a lovely bed! Quiet and well set out and the breakfast was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and the restaurant around the corner, Rive Gauche is excellent too with friendly helpful staff."
