1.Location: This is downtown located hotel, very convenient to start the traveling. It is in10 minutes walking distance to Motala central station, and 2~3 minutes working distance to multiple bus stations nearby. 2. Service: Service is quite good, especially the receptionists. The food is also quite good with quite a lot choices.

I advise anyone not to book this hotel

This hotel is a disgrace. I booked for three days and had nothing but trouble for two of them. Check-in was a disaster. I had to wait for someone from outside to come into my room, and that was at 10 p.m. because no one is in after 9 p.m. If you want to use the hairdryer, you can forget it, as the hotel has a maximum of 1,000 watts. If you have more than that, the power in the room goes out, which I experienced all night. The rooms are very old and smelly, the beds are very old, the floors creak when you walk on them, and the bathrooms are very old and dirty. The hotel isn't rated four stars, but one star at most. I wanted a discount for this, but the hotel was very greedy and didn't accommodate me. I advise anyone not to book this hotel unless you really want to have problems.

Skrivit att vi ville ha ett tyst rum hamnade ovanför en restaurant/pub dÀr det spelades musik. Utanför fönstret fanns en lampa pÄ fasaden och det saknades MörklÀggningsgardin bara vanliga gardiner. Wir wurden nett empfangen und es gibt eine Lobby mit Kaffee und Kuchen - gute Gastgeber also, danke! Unser Zimmer war ok, es wirkte etwas schmuddelig und dreckig, unterm Bett wurde schon lÀnger nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Alles in allem aber ein guter Aufenthalt.

Helt ok vistelse pÄ Best Western i Motala. Stort och luftigt rum. FrÀsch toalett och dusch. Dock lite sunkig matta, Àven helttÀckningsmattan var streck frÄn skor (vilket ju Àr enkelt att fÄ bort med en trasa) och de tunna gardinerna hade flÀckar. Men för övrigt var rummet frÀsch! Sköna sÀngar. Lite lyhört frÄn gatan, dÄ jag hade fönster o balkong mot torget. Men det var ju en lördag, ljummen sensommarkvÀll dÄ folk ville ta chansen att sitta ute sÄ lÀnge som möjligt..... Det som blev ett stort minus var att det var svÄrt att hitta parkering.

StÀderskan störde ett par gÄnger innan vi ens hade checkat ut. FruktansvÀrt varmt pÄ rummet utan möjlighet att sÀnka temperaturen. DÄligt tryck i duschen.
