"There is some nice touches that make the hotel a bit more special. For example the breakfast buffet included is exceptional, from the presentation to offerings it is a reason to stay. The turn down service with small touches of cookies and refills of water/tea/coffee are great (the only odd thing we found was they enter at 9pm to do this) for US visitors this is really late to get a knock on the door.
