"Appartement 1 chambre propre, confortable et spacieux. Le service quotidien des chambres est excellent avec le lavage de la vaisselle, l'eau, le café Nespresso. La réception est toujours prête à aider. Le déjeuner buffet ou à la carte est très bon. Excellente localisation au centre-ville avec vue sur la marina du balcon. Même si c'est sur la rue principale, ce n'est pas vraiment bruyant et l'appartement est bien insonorisé par rapport à l'extérieur. Points faibles : mauvaise insonorisation avec les autres chambres, la cuisine n'est équipée d'aucune produit de base tel que huile, sel, poivre, etc."

"Hotel is clean just a bit old and needs some love. Especially the shower, it's half a bath, so if you have mobility issues not good. And shower head was not good at all (so small and not much power). But hot water ok. Pool is in the basement which is dark, and can't use it if you don't have a swimming cap. Location is convenient, close to highway if you are driving, historic town 10-15 min walk, shopping mall 25 minutes walk, grocery almost in front of the hotel. I had no issues to park on the street overnight."

"Perfect stay. The location is ideal, walking distance to the main sights but not in a crowded street. There’s free parking round the corner and paid parking on street (not expensive). The swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room were excellent addition. Rooms have a balcony with nice views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can rent pool towels with a deposit of 10€ per towel. Breakfast can be better (the pancake machine is an experience haha), but overall excellent for the price."

"The staff were excellent from the start. The hotel stay included a very good full breakfast, with a great view. The restaurant was excellent as well and although there are many very good restaurants on Sao Miguel, the hotel restaurant was ranked as the first or second choice among our group of four. The bartender, Bernardo, was an artist with his cocktails. Although the spa was under construction, overall I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We had an incredible stay at Azoris Royal Garden. The location is excellent—right in the city center and very close to the airport, making it a perfect base for exploring São Miguel. This is the most active area of the Azores, with plenty to do for both adults and children. The rooms were spacious, clean, and carpeted, which made a big difference for us traveling with a toddler. There was plenty of room for him to move around safely without constant worry. The indoor pool and hot tub were standout features, especially the pool, which was very useful and enjoyable for our toddler regardless of the weather. The hotel also has a beautiful outdoor garden area that’s great for exploring and relaxing. Rain or shine, this hotel really delivers. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was consistently good. It was truly a pleasure to stay here, and we will absolutely return to this hotel on our next trip to the Azores."
