"The location is amazing. It's just steps away from the central tourist area. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the property is in excellent condition. The parking is down a narrow and steep hill but the hotel owner valet parks for all the guests. "

"The hotel was new, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with choices of croissants, breads, cold cuts, eggs and sausages, cereal, sliced and whole fruits. Different coffees were available and you can do it yourself from the machine. There were also juices and water. Staff was friendly but didn’t always know the time of services at the church. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Nice clean basic hotel. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Convenient for walking to bridge. Tons of restaurants and shops in the area. Mostar is beautiful. I would stay at the Villa Deny if I were to return."

"I don’t normally leave bad reviews. I just dont review them. But here i have to say my piece. 2 star Bed & breakfast on top of a busy restaurant (not 3.5 star but nice try). Quite basic accommodation and no lift nor vehicle access as it’s in the old town (unesco protected). However it’s quite close (1 min walk on cobbled street to the road). Staff are great once you get to know them. Big shout to Adil Naila Omer & veldana. Checkin was really bad. Our van had an accident on the way to the hotel so we weren’t in a good frame of mind or body. Our room was on 2nd floor no lift, and we were all sporting bruises cuts and swollen knees & shoulders and in obvious pain. We asked to change the room but point blank refusal - even though other rooms had not checked in so we could have been moved. I saw them checking in hours later. 2nd floor room was in the loft and my wife hit her head on one of the concrete eaves. So I rearranged her bed only to find our socks were white with dust and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Back down we went to complain, only to hear we don’t have a cleaner. After complaining, eventually someone cleaned to room and actually mopped the floor. However hairs on the sofa and in the bathroom made it abundantly clear the cleaner was lackadaisical at best. We ate at the Emen restaurant and things started looking up as we made friends with the staff. Food was amazing and very tasty. Naila gave us a verbal tour and breakfast was plentiful."

"We LOVED our stay at Villa Nur. The proprietor was so kind and welcoming...they even help us when our car key wouldn't work! Beautiful view of a beautiful town, country and People! Hope we can return some day."

"This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Mostar. It is located in the middle of everything and yet it has privacy and you are not surrounded by tourists. Staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to halo you Most importantly the food is amazing!! I’m definitely coming back here again. "
