"Loved our stay! Central to everything we wanted to see. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Lots of games. Sheets smelled so nice. Very hot water and great water pressure. Our favorite was sitting on the back porch! Great communication with owners. Wifi was awesome as was cable TV. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a large and comfortable vacation stay near Helen. I have nothing negative to say. This is up in the the top 10 homeowner rental properties I have utilized. 5 stars!"

"Very clean, nicely remodeled farm house. I think we may have been the first to rent. Owners went out of their way to make the place enjoyable. Fresh flowers, coffee station, games and books. "

They reached out to us about seeing the cows up close, they were very responsive when we asked about an extra chair for stargazing, and the property itself is immaculate and beautiful. Great Hosts and beautiful location. Great for being 15-30 minutes from all the wineries we wanted to visit and things we wanted to see and do. Highly recommend. "

"The property was great for our family getaway. Close to great fly fishing on the Soque River. Great proximity to Cleveland, Clarkesville, and a day trip to Clayton. The house was clean and the host had all the basics ready and available. Caroline was a good communicator and everything was right where she said it would be. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend. "Beautiful house with plenty of room. We stayed the weekend for a baseball tournament. Three families, six adult, six total kids. Outdoor space is wonderful. Great communication from management. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out for privacy, or all gather together in the main area. "

"I ended up having to go alone with 4 kids due to my husbands injury - so being on the bottom level and not having to hike up and down the stairs with all the kids and our luggage was an extra bonus. We had everything we needed - beach and access to beach were amazingly close and beautiful. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with."
