We left after less than a minute. To pick up the key to the apartment you need to drive 15 minutes away to an odd office and can only communicate with the owner via email or Whatsapp. So we had to drive all the way back to drop off the key. "The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest. I did so but have not received the money. That was a week ago and they are not answering my calls or emails. Very sad, as it was a nice stay. "

"Breakfast was fine and tasty, however the lady standing there was pointing out the clock letting me know that we had got 15 min. left to eat. Imagine the pressure... Upstairs, in the room the infant bed was broken, so the baby wasnt sleeping properly including us - the rest of the family. The cleaners must have dropped one dirty item when emptying the bin previous day. That was disturbing to see. There is no elevator in the property in case someone requires that. The car park is included in the stay, so that's a plus. Thank you for the stay."

"Food was exzellent and the stuf very friendly. Breakfeast with wide good choice. The rooms are clean and price - performance ratio is good. We booked for 3 nights and payed in advance via Expedia. We where offered the return payment of 2 nights and it was handeled very professionally, even according to the terms of sales, it would not have been necessary. You will see us definitely again!"
