"Excellent location, helpful, polite and friendly reception staff, particularly Zhanna. She upgraded us to a much more spacious business room the next day after we arrived.
On the other hand, their pool was closed for technical reasons. Also, we didnt like it that rooms were cleaned late in the afternoon after we came back to rest from days activities."
