"We needed to stay close and other safari lodge we booked and Panama was as the perfect place. The staff were so hospitable and pleasant. They were the start of my amazing time in Tanzania. Shamsa was an angel & so were the team. The restaurant stayed open later just for us to eat when we arrived. The food was great. The driver was nice and helpful. The kitchen staff were so pleasant. "I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...

You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. Once lesson for us was we were pretty much the only Europeans in the town, trekkers and safari people tend to stay outside, so be prepared, this is a busy African town not a tourist place"
