Receptionist was terrible, they refused to check the itinerary in my phone telling me there’s no booking, after showing her many times she canceled the booking and through a paper of refund in 7-10 days. She identified her self as Albina. This hotel could not be 4 stars or a part of Accor hotels.
Reasonably nice room and food. What I didn’t like was that I went back to the hotel after a long day and found the restaurant closed. The hotel employee lied and said the kitchen was undergoing regular maintenance. In fact, they had booked a wedding reception. Of course, the room rate didn’t change when the hotel decided not to offer their advertised amenities.

I've been going to Moscow many times for business purpose, stayed at many different hotels until I found these one. After all could not find better place to stay than Mercure. Everything is right there subway, all kind of restaurants and shops, very quiet, not too big, clean, cozy, good breakfast, feel like home.

Terrible check-in, first they wouldn't let my wife have the room as It was booked in my name, then the room wasn't ready until nearly 4 o'clock, when it was meant to be 2 o'clock checkin!! You can't even get room service, Not good enough, would not stay again.

Excellent location and very affordable, especially given the neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was incredibly helpful an polite. It sounds silly, but we really enjoyed the shoe shine machine near the elevator, so nice to have a good shoe shine despite the inclement weather.

The Hotel represents excellent value for money. The location is fantastic, if your only staying for a short visit and want to see a lot it's only 100m from the nearestest Metro - you can journey to Red Square in 6 mins. All the staff have good English and are very helpful. The rooms are of a good standard, tastefully designed and decorated. We never tried the Hotel resturant except for the Breakfast Buffet which was varied and plentiful.
