This is always my hotel of choice when I am in Moscow. It was really good to be back after after a 2 year absence because of the pandemic.

فندق قديم جدا ولايوجد اي خدمات مميزه وقيمة المبلغ المدفوع مرتفعه جدا بالنسبه لفنادق اخرى بنفس المنطقه ولا يستحق ربع المبلغ المدفوع بالاضافه على ان الطاقم سيء جدا بالتعامل وعند القدوم للتسجيل الدخول طلبوا مبلغ 400 دولار ضمان لاستعمال اي شيء موجود بالثلاجه الموجوده بالغرفه وحينما قلت لهم سأدفع نقدا رفضوا وتم قفل الثلاجه لكي لا نستطيع استخدامها فعلا لا يستحق التجربه على الاطلاق

Old rooms and renovated rooms
My booking was one deluxe room and one superior room… when i have checked in the gave me suite connected to other room but it was very old and not in good condition and after going back to reception several times they tried to convince me to stay in what they gave but i was not happy but after showing them that i am not happy to continue in staying then they gave a renovated rooms which was in very good conditions not like the old one… this which i saw in the site before booking and as per the 5 stars hotels standard

The hotel generally was good but the breakfast was classic and they don’t add new ’things each day the lobby need to be more active the location is not bad unfortunately they charge extra to book for you for outside circule

The view was great. Pool area also is very nice and clean. Breakfast was perfect. The staff in restaurant and on the breakfast is very friendly and professional. The reception desk is completely not professional the check in was late was waiting about an hour before my room was prepared. Checked me in only at 15:30.

The building has his glamorous history and offers a perfect view to the Kremlin. But I found it very old-fashioned. It remembered me of being in a museum. Not vibrant, not interesting. “Nice, but boring“, as a guest said at the bar.

The location was excellent, in easy walking distance of Red Square and the Metro on the south side of the Moscow River. There are plenty of restaurants in close proximity. The hotel is situated in a bottle neck at peak traffic times and we sat in traffic for over an hour at 7pm one night in travelling 2km. The hotel itself has a slightly faded look about it and could do with a makeover. The breakfast was good as was the bar.

In theory, the location of this hotel is really good. The Red Square and the Kremlin are just across the river on the other side. Unfortunately there is a big construction on the bridge, so it’s noisy and dusty. The rooms are nice, even when the curtains are not covering the windows at all (make sure to bring a sleeping mask). The service at the breakfast is poor, young people with little enthusiasm. Everything else was great

It is a short walk to the Red Square and the very center of the city. The location of this hotel is wonderful, so doe a view from the window! The service was great, both restaurants were excellent.

Everything was great, very comfortable bed,big room, staff was very helpful and friendly. I would say the only downside was that I’ve never received a bottle of champagne/wine as Expedia Vip member. They should pay more attention to it when they check in people. But overall it is a great place to stay, thanks for having me there.
