  • Villa Terra is a newly built and spacious house settled in a quiet location, above the small village of Moscenice, near the coastal town of Moscenicka Draga with the beautiful pebbly beach Sipar.

    Next to the house is a bio-vegetable garden, on guests’ disposal.

    For those who wish to visit the famous Adriatic Pearl Opatija or the city Rijeka, it will take only 30 - 40 minutes by car. This unique location gives you the possibility of a relaxing holiday away from the crowded, noisy roads with beautiful panoramic sea views in unspoiled nature at the downhill of Učka Mountain.

    Villa Terra is located on a fully fenced garden of 1300 sqm and offers its guests an outdoor pool of 32 sqm with a spacious sundeck and deck chairs, two covered terraces equipped with table and chairs for 6 people, one large covered terrace on the front of the house with a barbecue and amenities such as table football and table tennis, 2 parking spaces inside the property and 2 more on the outside, and a children's playground.



    Villa Terra with a total area of ​​220 sqm can accommodate up to 8 guests. It consists of two separate living units, each unit with the following layout: on the ground floor there is living room, dining room and equipped kitchen and one shower/toilet; on the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one is with double bed and a private shower/toilet and one with separate beds and a private shower/toilet. Bedrooms are sharing the balcony with nice panoramic view. The house is fully air-conditioned. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Great place.

Great place. Perfect for two families. Peacful and quiet, hidden in the woods away from the crowds. Well mantained pool, table football, table tennis kept us enterntained while resting after sightseeing trips.Houses are cleand, cosy and well planned.If you seek for a place with a vibrant nightlife and classy beach nearby, you won't find it here. Some people might find very steep local roads bit thrilling.If you look for quiet and place with wildlife just behind the fence, mountain and sea views - it's there.I recomend visiting closest village of Moscenice. Good restaurant, narrow streets, local shop, interesting museum and hidden steps to the beach.

Alles in allem eine 100% positive Erfahrung. Das Haus war für uns zwei Familien die perfekte Lösung - der gemeinsame Pool und wunderbare Garten, die komplett getrennten zwei Wohneinheiten, die super sauber und perfekt eingerichtet sind. Der Gastgeber ist allzeit erreichbar und super freundlich. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen auf einem Berg, ca. 15 min. Fahrt ins Tal. Man hat auf jeden Fall seine Ruhe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderbar.

Wunderbar. Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort im Urlaub und wir sind total begeistert. Beide Häuser super eingerichtet (z. B. frisches Öl in der Küche, Grillkohle, super Küchenausstattung, alles Tiptop. Der Vermieter hat uns zur Begrüßung sogar 2 Flaschen seines selbst gekälterten Weins geschenkt! Und im Garten durften wir uns am Salat und Kräutern bedienen! Hammer. Die Lage traumhaft. Quasi Alleinlage. Alles, was man hört, sind zwitschernde Vögel und den Wind (falls er denn mal weht). Für die Kids phantastisch, weil unglaublich viel Platz zum Toben. Neben dem wunderschönen Pool wurden das Trampolin, der Kicker und die Tischtennisplatte dauerhaft bespielt. Abends saßen wir dann gemeinsam mal da, mal da. Es ist soviel Platz. Alles super gepflegt und sauber. Es war ein grandioser Urlaub! Wir kommen sicher wieder! Ganz herzlichen Dank an die hilfsbereiten und sympathischen Vermieter!
