We had a lovely stay here. The property is only a short walk to the slopes. It is very clean and new. The only problem is there are no shops near by but it is a short drive down to Morzine.

Cosy chalet near ski slope
We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. There were 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and double quilts. Not so much space for luggage and clothes in the room. The view of the mountain is gorgeous. The trafficated road to Avoriaz goes just by the house so easy access. Convenient for skiing because the slope is easy accessible just down the road 50 meters. We had all our meals in the house and enjoyed it. The oven, microwave oven and hot plates all worked perfectly. We desperately needed some good knifes for meat, bread, salat etc. though. We thanks the host Beatrice and her husband for their hospitality. They brought us cake, jam and wine when we arrived. They borrowed us their lift card so we could online order the access to the lifts. They speak only French but we success in communicating by a translating app. Thanks very much for a pleasant stay.

een perfect locatie om te skiën
het huisje was perfect. alles erop en eraan. wij waren met 6 volwassene en dit was prima. het enige nadeel is dat 1 stel in het stapelbed moest liggen omdat je niet met 2 stellen gebruik wilt maken van de kamer met 2 2persoonsbedden. Beatrice geeft een warm welkom en samen met haar echtgenoot doen ze er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het huis ligt perfect aan de piste, je stapt de deur uit en 50 meter verder sta je op de piste. In het huis ontbreekt niets. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, en is er iets wat je mist dan zorgt Beatrice dat het er komt. De sneeuw conditie was fantastisch. Een fantastisch huis voor gasten die komen om te skiën

Fantastic location, near slopes and a great view
Near the slopes toward avoriaz . We had a week with very little snow but still on the slopes with 2 minutes drive and easy parking. Very nice house with lots of space for 8 adults. Nice bathrooms. Great view on the evening sun behind the mountains. Beatriz is super helpful.

Magnifica estancia
Se trata del segundo piso completo de un estupendo chalet de madera, antiguo, pero muy bien restaurado, comodo y con unas vistas fantásticas, situado en la montaña, a medio camino entre Avoriaz y Morzine. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable: camas muy cómodas (ojo! para 8 personas, no 10 como dice el anuncio por error), cocina bien equipada, 2 inodoros separados de los 2 baños (con ducha y lavabo) y una calefacción realmente potente. El salón-cocina es bastante grande y desde él se puede admirar la montaña nevada con sensación panorámica. Las pistas de esquí están muy cerca y se puede salir esquiando desde la misma puerta del chalet hasta la pista Zore (aunque hay que contar con que haya suficiente nieve para recorrer unos 50 m fuera de pista) Y que decir de Beatrice, la dueña, amabilísima! Como último detalle destacable: un panadero puede dejarte buenas baguettes y croissants cada madrugada si se encargan por teléfono la tarde previa. En resumen, una gran elección como alojamiento si uno prefiere el encanto de la montaña a estar en un núcleo urbano.

Que du bonheur !
Accueil très chaleureux de Béatrice dans un lieu plein de charme... L'appartement est rénové avec beaucoup de goût, et offre tout le confort souhaité. La vue sur les montagnes est tout simplement magnifique! Et cerise sur le gâteau: les baguettes et viennoiseries livrées chaque matin ! Superbe semaine en famille... A refaire sans hésiter !
