  • Very cosy 38m² apartment on the second floor (no lift) of a residence at the bottom of the slopes and near the village center with clear view on Morzine and its mountains. It is possible to leave the residence and directly ski down to the Pleney telecabin.
    The apartment can accommodate 4 people, it is composed of:

    - an entrance with cupboards
    - a nice living area with a sofa-bed, TV, and access onto a balcony with stunning view on the village and Avoriaz
    - a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a chest of drawers
    - a bathroom
    - separate WC

    Ski locker, individual garage (ideal for bikes) height 2m, length 4m60 and width 2m, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher
    Security deposit and tourist tax to be paid before arrival
