View on the slopes of PLENEY. 350m from the PLENEY cable car (MORZINE/LES GETS slopes).

Entrance, large living room with bay windows, suspended fireplace, kitchen area (60 m²) (dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 vitro plates, fridge) TV. independent toilet. Mezzanine attic open to living room with 4 beds 1 place (access miller's staircase) (90 x 190) skylight. A room (14 m²) (electric velux) with 1 bed 2 places (160 x 200) and its own bathroom open to the room. A bedroom (6 m²) with 2 fixed beds in staggered (90 x 190 and 80 x 190). Shower room wc independent. One bedroom (14 m²) with 1 double bed (140 x 190) (window) and its own bathroom open to the bedroom. WIRELESS.
