Living space: A few steps down lead to the main living area, which includes a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, etc.), a convivial dining area, and a bright lounge with a sofa bed (160x180) for two people. The space opens onto a south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying sunlight throughout the day. A separate WC with a sink and a washing machine completes this level, before a few steps lead down to the bedroom.
