  • Nice 1 bedroom apartement perfect for a couple or a family of 4 with a beautiful south facing balcony !



    Idealy located in Douchka residence, only 100m from undeground parking and close to the shops and restaurants. Le Yak will please any Avoriaz lover. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the residence.

    South facing balcony, views over Hauts-Forts and very bright living space.



    2nd floor of a residence equiped with 3 elevators :

    - Entrance hall with cupboard

    - Kids room on the left with 2 bunk beds

    - Bathroom with a bath and toilet

    - Living space with fully equiped kitchen

    - Dining table with 2 bench

    - Sofa bed for 2 guests in the living room

    - The window will guide you to the sunny balcony

    - Ski-locker on entrance level



    Apartment can welcome up to 4 guests.



    Listing "Le Caribou" is located next door and can also be available (Capacity : 6 guests)



    All the appartement is at your disposal



    We are available at any time if needed.



    Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.



    Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.
