Superb apartment, ideally located in the Crozats neighborhood, quiet and close to all amenities.



This magnificent 3-room apartment fully renovated, located on the 5th floor of the Les Crozats residence is composed as follows:



- Pleasant entrance with an electric shoe dryer, serving a first bedroom equipped with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190) with its storage spaces



- A shower room with a sink cabinet



- Separate WC



- An open kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, range hood and Nespresso coffee machine.



- A living room - TV / dining room with access to a south-facing balcony from where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountains and the village of Avoriaz.



- A room with a large double bed (160x200cm) with TV and balcony access



- With the apartment you also have a ski locker on the ground floor of the residence.



You will have access to 100% of the apartment and the ski storage room.



End-of-stay cleaning, sheets & towels as well as beds made upon arrival are included in the housekeeping and laundry package



We are present at the station and available at any time if needed



In the heart of the Crozats district, you will be just a few steps away from the hyper center of Avoriaz thanks to the escalators and public elevators!!

All shops, restaurants and supermarkets are approximately 300m away.



Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian station. You can move around on foot, by ski, or by using the internal horse-drawn carriage system in Avoriaz.

Formidable

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cet appartement tout a été parfait. Il a été rénové avec goût avec de très beaux matériaux et surtout il est très bien équipé avec beaucoup de rangements. Nous y retournerons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir. Juste petit point négatif : le casier à skis qui est trop petit en tout cas pour 4 personnes
