Ayan - Sauna | Gym | Morzine

Ayan is a spacious apartment in Residence Le Ridge in Morzine, on the sunnier side of the village and around a 10-minute walk from the centre and lifts. It sleeps up to 7 guests and includes a terrace with mountain views. The living area features a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, along with three bedrooms and a bathroom with a rain shower.

Guests have access to a shared gym and sauna, open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, as well as communal bike storage. The centre, lifts, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. In winter, the Portes du Soleil ski area is easily reached, whilst in summer Lake Montriond, hiking trails, waterfalls, and mountain biking routes are nearby.

Ayan sits alongside Ipê and Sugi in Residence Le Ridge, and the three apartments can be booked together to accommodate up to 21 adults and 2 children.
- Pets: Pets are allowed. A €100 fee will be charged upon arrival, along with an increased security deposit.
- Smoking: Not allowed
