Located 10 km from the Forêt d'Orient Lakes, 45 km from Troyes, and in the heart of the charming town of Morvilliers—just a stone’s throw from City Hall and nestled in a lush, green setting— the “Numéro 2” holiday rental welcomes you for a comfortable and peaceful stay with family or friends. Tastefully and completely renovated, it combines authentic Champagne charm with modern amenities for a perfect getaway in the countryside. It’s the ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Aube department: the vineyards of Champagne, forests, the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient, Nigloland, and picturesque villages are all within easy reach. This cottage is attached to another cottage that sleeps 6–8 people, and a cottage for 2 people is located right across the street. The village has a multi-service supermarket. You’ll have a bright living area with a sitting area, dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen. On the ground floor, there’s a bathroom (shower + sink), a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), a twin bedroom (2 beds, 90x190), and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and separate toilet. Fans are provided. Outside (garden currently under construction), enjoy a private patio with patio furniture, a barbecue, lounge chairs, and a parasol—perfect for breakfast in the sun or peaceful evenings under the stars. Private parking space under a carport and additional parking spots on the street. Beds are made upon arrival; towels and linens are provided; heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay.
