Bring the family for a nice relaxing stay in our home!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are 25 mins from Kings island and Wilmington. 5 min. from Vally Vinyards. Right in between Dayton and Cincinnati. Mins from canoeing and arts. We will strive to make your trip enjoyable and memorable!!! This is a two unit home, you will have access to the entire main floor unit and the yard.

Awesome overnight stay

Home was very clean and cozy, very easily fit four people. We stayed the night so we could go to kings island in the morning, and it was really nice.

The house was great. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and there was enough seating for all 4 of us.The beds were comfortable. We were close to Lebanon where we ate breakfast and shopped at all the great small businesses. We would stay again!

Home was extremely clean with more than enough towels, pillows, and linens! Right on a main road with some traffic noise, but that didn't bother us. We stayed so that we could visit Kings Island and the Hard Rock Casino. Would stay again!

We arrived on our bicycles after a warm day of traveling from Cincinnati. The accomodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Communication with the host was excellent.

This house served us well as an overnight stay on our trip from Western Pennsylvania to southern Indiana. Convenient for a visit to Fort Ancient and lunch at Fresh to Morrow in Morrow along the bike trail.

Comfy little getaway. Appropriately updated while keeping the history of the house in tact. I can tell the owners care for the property a lot. It's a great location if you're visiting wineries in the area!

We enjoyed our stay- everything was well kept and clean. Our only complaint was someone staying in the basement of the house & we were not aware until arriving. Just think that is something that should be disclosed before booking! Other than this, we had a good time!

Pros: cool, clean, spacious kitchen, nice appliances and island range, convenient location to many SW Ohio attractions and destinations, felt safe directly across from a fire station. Cons: back deck is in poor shape, translucent glass bedroom and bathroom doors, two vehicles remained on the property the entire time, no access to basement or top floor or garage (filled with junk), random old junk sitting outside the walkout basement door and alongside the garage, next-door to a creepy abandoned warehouse lot with abandoned vehicles and trailers.

Holiday Happiness!

We celebrated a belated, small family Christmas at this property, and it was wonderful! It's very clean and decorated nicely. They had plenty of fluffy towels, a comfortable bed (we only used 1) and provided other small necessities to ensure a pleasant stay, such as a coffee station, games, and toiletries.They even had a crib and children's dishware! The host, Gary, was quick to respond to any questions and was flexible with any requests we made. The only slight down-side for this property is the road noise due to being located on a main road. But that definitely wouldn't stop us from staying again! Our family all thought the home was lovely and look forward to future gatherings there.

Comfortable and clean

Listing is accurate, check-in/check-out are super easy, place is very clean, bed is comfortable and bedding is soft and smells wonderfully, shower is hot. Only two things keep it from being perfect: 1) There are no serving dishes in the kitchen. There are lots of individual dishes for eating, and there are pots and pans for cooking, but there are zero larger bowls or platters for serving, and 2) The traffic noise is pretty loud in the morning. If you are a light sleeper or want to sleep past 6:30am, bring a fan or some white noise. And even still, the front bedroom with the two twin beds will still hear a surprising amount of traffic as people pick up speed leaving Morrow. Overall, a great place to stay though!

Clean house and comfortable

Check in was easy, just key in the provided combination to the door lock and message him when I arrived House is nice and clean, towels, shampoo, kitchen utensils and whatever you might need is in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable Nice private backyard with a fire pit and a gas grill on the deck with a patio table and chairs Nice fireplace if I stayed in winter would have been used. Air conditioning was comfortable and consistent temperature in all the rooms The only possible negative that I didn’t really mind is the road is fairly busy so there’s some road noise from cars but at night there hardly any traffic so it’s quiet. Definitely did not disturb my sleep The town is small but there’s gas stations and a family dollar about a mile away for little things you might need. I went to king’s island and it was only a 20 minute easy drive on country roads I recommend this place and would stay again

First, I want to say that Gary was great. He answered all my questions promptly. The master bed was really comfy and the house was clean and seemed to have been “updated” but it was not it. The location is what it is, there’s nothing you can do about it. The interior doors are ridiculous. Who puts translucent doors for bedrooms and bathrooms. I am a very light sleeper and lights on when trying to sleep is a no go. Unless the entire house is lights out, all the rooms have some degree of light illuminating in. Crazy. The bathtub was clogged. By the end of my 5-10 min shower, the water was to my shin. The couch in the picture is not the couch that is there (very uncomfortable). Although the kitchen island and built in stovetop looks really nice, it is not the smartest thing to have - especially with children. Anyone can accidentally turn on the stove and burn the house down. There is only one TV in the whole house, which I do not care, but I know my husband was really unimpressed with that. Last, but more definitely not least- probably the only reason I decided to review, the smell, omg… THE SMELL - it is unbearable. We had candles lit to drown out the smell. It smelled as if we were inside of a waste water treatment facility. Sewer smell is the deal breaker for me. I’m sorry, but I will never stay here again. 5 stars for cleanliness and communication, 1 star for the SMELL.

Everything was great! We just needed a place to stay after spending the day at Kings Island. Close to Kings Island, easy to find, quiet, beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed for a quick stay. Owners were easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Would definitely recommend.
