Top Morristown Hotel Reviews

LivAway Suites Phoenix-Surprise

10/10 Excellent

"Well. Our AC went out. It was summer in AZ. 92 degrees in the house. Had to take my bride and our puppy to the LivAway Suites. What a fabulous decision. We were planning on staying a couple of nights at the most. Well, it ended up being about a month!! This is an extended stay hotel. There is no daily cleaning service. It’s new. It’s clean. There is a small kitchen. This is not your typical hotel. So if you want daily room cleaning, and a pool, and room service, this is not for you. However, if you want a comfortable, clean, reasonably priced room with a very friendly staff, then this is 100% for you. Everyone was fantastic! From Stormie, Colton, and David at the front desk, to the GM, Alex, they were all great. Extremely friendly, very helpful and polite. The main maintenance guy, Felix, was also top notch. We ran into Alexis a few times, as well as some of the cleaning staff,(I feel terrible for not remembering your names), but they were all wonderful. I can’t thank everyone there enough. So kind. Thank you for taking care of us for 30 days!! The only thing I will say, and it’s not negative. There were some entitled people there that thought it was acceptable to just leave their trash outside their doors. If you read this, and that was you, DO BETTER!!! Take your trash to the dumpster!! The kind people that work there are not your servants!! If you want daily room cleaning, book a different place!! Thank you again to the staff at LiveAway Surpise!! We will see you again!"

Springhill Suites By Marriott Phoenix Glendale Peoria

10/10 Excellent

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL FROM START TO FINISH! I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at SpringHill Suites in the Glendale/Peoria area. When I say the entire experience was AMAZING, I mean AMAZING! This is exactly what hospitality is supposed to look and feel like. First, Mina B. in management deserves a HUGE shout-out. You can tell when a property is being managed with care, attention to detail, and high standards, and it absolutely shows here. Everything was handled so professionally, and the overall experience was pristine. Mina B., you are doing an incredible job! Now let me talk about Raynette at the front desk, because BABY… somebody needs to give this woman a masterclass to teach! 👏 Her customer service was HANDS DOWN some of the best we have ever experienced at a hotel. She was warm, welcoming, professional, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests instead of just another room number. Raynette could literally write the book on exceptional customer service! Other people in hospitality could learn A LOT from her. And then there was our housekeeper, Alexa. OH. MY. GOODNESS. 👏👏👏 This woman did a PHENOMENAL job! Our room was cleaned beautifully and with such attention to detail. There is nothing better than coming back after a long day to a room that looks, smells, and FEELS freshly cleaned. Alexa clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves because employee"

Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Happy Valley

10/10 Excellent

"Not only did they have a complementary breakfast, as many hotels do, but they also had a complementary dinner! And also with three drink coupons per person! I had to have them repeat that to us twice when checking in, as I was so surprised! Both the breakfast and dinner were very good. Above average quality food. The serving staff were all very cheery and friendly. We will definitely be staying at Drury properties in the future."
