"We had an excellent stay at Lodge 30 A . The staff were all top notch , they clean so very well excellent on neat clean areas everywhere in hotel ! The little kitchenette is nice for a week stay or longer you have a full fridge , dishwasher , dishes , microwave very nice if you had kids with you ! Can wash bathing suits in kitchen sink or anything else you wanted to . They also have a laundry room if you choose to pack less itβs convenient! Pool area is very nice , close to beach if you walk down May street or Williams you will find a public parking lot walk down steps to public beach access 12 ! 13 is next closest with shower to rinse off sand . Ice cream and coffee shop and several restaurants right next door ! Great place only downfall bed was needing replacement after long tourist season and pillows to big but you can ask for smaller ones ! We highly recommend this place and would go back !"

"My family and friends had a wonderful stay. The pool was fabulous for our small children especially the gradual entry. We had chefs come in and they were so pleased with the kitchen. There were plenty of rooms for our family to spread out in. We really liked the area the house was in. Jason was so helpful with anything we needed. The house and pool were very clean and well kept. We have already scheduled our next stay here for next summer."

"The house itself was great, minus some stained furniture, linens, etc. the overall space was lovely. Communication with the host was also great and he was very flexible and accommodating and very quick to respond. Location was wonderful and we really enjoyed being able to walk to a variety of things. Our only issue was that ordinary household items were extremely scarce. The house sleeps 12 and our stay was 4 nights, and we had a total of 8 rolls of toilet paper, 3 trash bags, 2 paper towel rolls, no dishwasher pods, no laundry detergent, no sponge or scrub brush for dishes, some of the bathrooms didnβt even have body wash. So ultimately while the house was a good deal, we ended up having to continue going to the store and purchasing all of these miscellaneous items and in part for the purpose of leaving the house in good condition, as we were expected to run the dishwasher but given not even one dishwasher pod or anything at all to scrub dishes with and take out all the trash but not given nearly enough bags for a house of 12 over 4 days. Every Vrbo I have stayed in before has had these things on hand, so if I had known in advance to buy them it wouldnβt have been as big of a deal but we had no indication. Overall we had a wonderful time and the house was everything we needed it to be, this was just a frustration that others should be aware of."
