"First of all door going into the room was broke. Only thing was holding the door in place was the handle didn’t even latch big gap on the door frame that you can see outside walking in the room smell smell terrible of moisture on the walls, this place didn’t even have an iron, soap or shampoo to take a shower, I got a big list of disappointing things of this place my last visit to this place."

"Everything was great for the most part. Only a couple of things seemed off. 1. The bathroom exhaust fan comes on when anyone enters and is rather loud. 2. The bathroom light also comes on when anyone enters, not good when others may be trying to sleep. 3. The shower floor gets rather slick and someone could easily slip. 4. For a new facility the room A/C seemed rather loud. "

"The room was clean enough and it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Those were the good things but the bad. No hand towels, a broken ice machine so no ice. All the wood furniture in the room had peeling veneer and though the photos on line showed a nice breakfast area with biscuits and gravy and z waffle maker plus much more. The reality was wrapped sweet rolls and milk or juice in the fridge. No coffee machine. I told them them I should get a partial.refund and they replied " we haven't offered breakfast since Covid. Then why is it showing that on your website . Will not stay there again. Major disappointment "

"The best stay at a hotel we’ve had in years! I couldn’t give them enough praise. Every staff member we encountered was absolutely precious and so attentive. The breakfast is delicious and so many different options. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The nightly “kickback” was such a nice surprise! We went to see what snacks they had available and got so full there was no need to go out for dinner . The room was very clean and spacious and everything worked as it should. From check in to check out our stay was wonderful. We will absolutely be back when in the area again . "

"Tried to give me a room with NO LOCK and had to be let in by staff. Changed rooms after my husband said absolutely not. Hotel under remodel. 1 staff member working"

"Bed and pillows were comfy. Water for shower was nice and hot. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Appreciated the freezer in the fridge to freeze the ice packs for our cooler. Appreciated easy loading of luggage with parking in front. Great price. Bedroom area was nice. Everything was clean. A few things but considering the price……we worked with it. Bathroom needed some work with peeling paint and challenging to get the water to shut off in the shower. Drain stopper had to be taken out of bathroom sink to drain. Couldn’t get the deadbolt to latch which is a safety concern. A bit noisy out on the porch area with a group of people talking somewhat loud (could hear it in the room), kids running around yelling but, it did quiet down at 8 pm."
