The only downside was that there were people outside that were on some elicit substances and there was a fight involving dogs while I was there with my two young daughters. "The home was immaculate, updated throughout. Well appointed with bedclothes, blankets, towels and kitchen utensils. Off street parking - even a garage - was a bonus. Everything we needed was there and then some. Very quiet neighborhood, but very short drives to nice places to eat and things to do. Recommend anyone staying to use GPS with "avoid highways" when roaming in the area. It might actually be quicker since 95 has lots of traffic."
