"Dear Management On April 17, 2025, through your online booking link,  I made a reservation and paid with my Mastercard for a hotel room at Residence Yipene in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso from April April 28 - May 4, 2025. Upon arrival in Burkina Faso, I was shocked that there was no such a hotel as advertised on booking site. The building was not in use.  I had to make other arrangements for my stay. I am therefore requesting a full refund of my paid reservation in the amount of 208,26 € Please...

"The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious. The whole property was well maintained. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and ordered dinner at the restaurant each evening. We even participated in the karaoke night which was fun!
