"We had an amazing stay at this resort in Dominica—it truly felt like an escape into nature. The views were incredible, and the whole setting was peaceful and refreshing. One of the highlights was the food. Every meal was outstanding, and Chef Damien made the experience unforgettable. You can tell a lot of care and creativity goes into each dish—it was easily some of the best food I’ve had while traveling. The staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly proud of their country. They loved sharing information about Dominica, from local culture to must-see spots, which made the experience feel even more personal and meaningful. Laerie took such good care of us at breakfast and lunch, remembering our likes and dislikes, and sharing interesting information about the food and property. Visiting the open air spa is a MUST! I had two massages, which were the best I have ever received! Noreen is fantastic, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. We'd definitely come back. "Loved the scenic location of the hotel. Spacious and clean room. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed dining in at the onsite hotel restaurant V.Lounge and Grill. Free parking was available on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Copthall."

"The hotel location was great, right in the middle of town. The amenities were good. The workout room was nice. The manager reception once a week was a pleasant touch. The staff was mostly friendly. At times a bit too laid back with requests. "

Room was clean and perfectly appointed with large TV, adaptors, air conditioning, refrigerator etc. Staff was friendly and attentive and helpful with any necessary arrangements etc."
