Spacious studio apartment in Kotor Bay in nice quiet location, within short walking distance to shops, local restaurants and beach. The property is accessed by a quiet road and is only 300m (984 feet) away from the sea and beach. This Studio, is one of the two studio apartments on the top floor of a family house, they have their own private entry through a separate staircase leading to a large shared terrace. Surrounded by mountains and forest, the property benefit from Mediterranean flora, creating a relaxing and cooling atmosphere.

Morinj has a local beach and a beach bar. It also has three restaurants, supermarket and a post office. Spacious studio apartments are within 6 minutes walk to the local beach and a beach bar. The famous Catovica Mlini restaurant is 5 minutes walk. Kotor is 30 minutes by car, Perast 15 minutes driving and Herceg Novi is also 30 minutes by car. The local bus stop is a short walking distance from the property.
