On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé.
