The Staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is very convenient. We stay here when we have appointments at Ruby Hospital. The rooms are very clean. I would recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay.
The staff during the check-in and checkout were very and sincerely friendly. They were the best part of the stay.
The room could have been cleaner. The shower tile was filthy. There was dust on the light fixtures.
The rest of the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The power blinds are an awesome feature we enjoy finding in hotels.
Very convenient and cost effective. Loved having Applebees next door. Beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful. The breakfast was also quite tasty.

Room was not clean. Bedside table had visible crumbs and sticky rings from beverages. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Toilet did not look like it had been cleaned.
Heater in room was very noisy.
Front desk staff was very courteous. Check in and check out was efficient. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable.
Very close to WVU Eye Center, where we were having eye surgery. Even though we drove back and forth. we could have walked.
The beds are so comfortable!
I want to personally extend how wonderful this hotel was. The staff went above and beyond for us. We left an item there by mistake and they went out of their way to make sure we received it back. Thank You!
