"The gentleman who checked us in was extremely professional and helpful. Our family was in town for a funeral and he made our stay more enjoyable in spite of all that was going on. He checked the whole family of several rooms and was such a joy and a total asset to that hotel. The woman that relieved him on day of check-in was very nice too. I wish I could remember their names. I can see their faces. Thank the staff for being so helpful and professional especially at such a difficult time for our family. "

"The posting of charges from everywhere from the bottled water to the all you can eat buffet was a bit much. I don’t eat pork. There was no meat variety for breakfast. I’ve stayed in Bensalem at Holiday Inn and had more options for breakfast which was included with my stay."

"I liked the fact that it is close to Sight and Sound which is where we were going and close to restaurants and the Amish Village and farms. I also liked that it is pet friendly, so we can bring our pooches, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good."
