Our family had an enjoyable visit in Blue Ridge. The cabin was very nice and clean. We cooked every day, enjoyed the fire pit while staring at the stars. Played games in the basement each evening. Carmela was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

Amazing cabin

It was the best cabin and location that we’ve ever stayed at. Carmela was very responsive and flexible when we wanted to check in a little early. The cabin was spotless and very well furnished. Bedrooms are like those of a high end hotel. We will come back!

Our lovely cabin getaway

Me and my friends did a quick weekend couples get away and it was perfect. The cabin was very spacious and accommodating for the whole group. We all loved the hot tub and played a few round of pool. The kitchen table was a great plus to this space because it made a great area for us to all gather and play games at night. The night night we had a little fire down at the pit area and roasted s’mores. This property not only had amazing views but just an overall great energy. We had an amazing time and will for sure be back. Highly recommend this property for any weekend cabin get away!

Last minute family vacation

Great, clean, well stocked cabin. Our kids loved all the games in the basement! We drove to the Morganton Point Recreation for lake/beach access which was an easy to get to. Cash only $5 per person. They had picnic tables, bathrooms, and there’s a place (wasn’t open Monday or Tuesday) where you can rent kayaks, paddles, etc.

The house was exactly as described in photos... my family went to get away and unplug and we did just that. Everything we needed and more was available at the house. We enjoyed our stay and will defintely stay here the next time in Georgia. Would 10/10 recommend to everyone. Located near everything and great space to relax

A lovely cabin

It’s a lovely cabin and the host was top notch! House is well stocked, clean, and very tidy. I LOVED the screened in porch. My only comment is that the cabin is very remote; I wasn’t expecting it to be that far off the main road, and it wasn’t super convenient if you plan to come and go. If you’re looking for a secluded getaway, this is perfect! So just depends on your preference. The host was great - easy to communicate with and very responsive!

The retreat

We loved our cabin. It was clean and accommodated 6 adults and one three year old. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. You just have to make sure you plan your meals ahead of time because it's 20 minutes to the nearest grocery store (Ingles). The road to get to the cabin is narrow and there will be times when you have to pull to the side to let another driver go by. There are other homes around but spaced apart. It has a beautiful view of the lake. Loved drinking my coffee out there. If you're looking for some peace and quiet this cabin is perfect.

Cozy Cabin

This cozy cabin is nestled in the woods overlooking a beautiful lake with spectacular sunsets. The cabin is clean, comfortable, and has an open floor plan for a large family. We were able to enjoy making breakfast each morning with the pancake griddle and having tea/coffee with all the applicable amenities. The large kitchen table was such an added benefit for our family to enjoy quality time together during mealtime.The kids enjoyed playing ping pong, the game machine, card games, and the hot tub each day. The fire pit is neatly kept up and super safe with the rocks around the pit. They have provided the Adirondack chairs for convenience and a comfortable atmosphere. We were able to enjoy s’mores and star gazing around the fire.The bedrooms are very clean and cozy with ample space for your luggage. They also allow enough space to hang out in as well to lounge, read a book, or watch tv.The wrap around deck is great too to be out in nature overlooking the lake. They have a grill, tables, some swinging chairs, and an entire outdoor living area.Overall, our family was blessed staying at this cabin. It allowed a quiet place to be before our hiking adventures each day and a cozy place to restore each night to await our next adventure.

Beautiful family property

Wonderful stay. A bit off the beaten path and remote but not too far all the small town amenities (20 minutes or so). Breath taking views of Blue Ridge Lake. Short-ish walk to great lakeside beach. Spent 5 days with our family of 5 and loved it! About a 2 hour drive from Atlanta airport. Very clean and well taken care of. Nicely decorated. Comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with all we needed for a bit of cooking and baking we did during our stay. Kids ages 13-9 LOVED the game room. Drove to Blue Ridge for dinner, to Amicalola Falls to hike, Toccoa River Swinging Bridge, explored the gorgeous rolling hills on our on scenic drive to Helen. If the weather had bit a littler warmer we would have rented a boat to explore the lake by water. We image fall would be beautiful too- near by apple picking, breweries and wineries. Thank Carmela for a wonderful stay. Beautiful, special place you have!! Perfect to explore Northwestern Georgia.

Gorgeous family cabin on the lake

Before booking this cabin, I read so many positive reviews. Well, the cabin/experience did not disappoint! This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. There was ample room for a family of six with a bed to spare (and a spare couch bed I believe as well). We made the most use of the downstairs game room every night. While some of us were playing pool, others were playing ping pong, and we had poker games every night! There really was no need to leave the cabin. The main floor living room/dining area is very spacious. Plenty of room for all to eat breakfasts/dinners together. We also made use of the hot tub and grill. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook. The host was easy to reach and always available, with clear check in and check out instructions. I can't say enough about this cabin. While we came over the Christmas break, I would love to return in the summer. The view of the lake was beautiful. And while the cabin is in Morganton and not Blue Ridge, the drive was not bad at all - we were in downtown Blue Ridge in about 20 minutes. The road was paved almost all of the way to the driveway and we did not need four wheel drive to reach it.
