The room was lovely and clean. Paint work needs refreshing - especially at the bottom of the bathroom door and other places. A few dings in the walls which need filling. The spa was really nice and I enjoyed the small touches. A little noisy at night with the rain falling on something tin outside our window. It woke us up. Great value for money and nice location.

Amazing view, spa pool was a huge plus such a unique room feature and could enjoy with sea views or the TV on, very fun. Kitchenette had everything you could need, very well equipped hotel room with lovely big towels for the spa pool as well. Bed was large and comfortable. With balcony door closed, couldn’t hear any road traffic, which was impressive as located right on marine parade, perfect for walking into town. Would stay again!
