Stellar location! Walking distance to restaurants and bars, but far enough away not to be a nuisance. First floor 500 sq ft. guest studio with kitchenette. You will have a covered (1 vehicle) parking and private access to your studio. The studio is an open floor plan with a queen bed and a very comfortable sectional sofa that easily converts to a double bed. A large flat screen TV and dining for four. Enjoy the large bathroom with excellent lighting. The studio gives you complete enjoyment and serenity with a private path to the uncrowded beach.

Quiet retreat
The apartment was set up beautifully and well appointed with all of the accessories to make for a pleasant weekend away at the beach. Very quiet and direct beach access. Beverly was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. It was just what we needed.

Amazing Experience and Host!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Beverly’s place for an extended weekend and had an incredible experience. The space was cozy, clean, had everything we needed and the private walk to the beach was so convenient. We had some issues with figuring out the washer during our stay and Beverly was quick to respond and come downstairs to help get things resolved. She even shared some cookies with us before leaving! Absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be staying here in the future!

This property, which is an efficiency unit, is comfortable and well designed. Beverly, the owner, has thought of all the amenities that one could need. And, she is a lovely woman. My husband and I enjoyed every minute including great restaurant suggestions from Beverly.

Relaxing get away
My time at the studio was so relaxing! Beverly has thought of everything, I don't think I would have changed a thing. The bed was comfy and the shower was awesome! She has done a great job with the décor. I opened the windows and I could hear the waves! The property is very quite and me traveling alone I felt very safe staying at the studio. Check-in was a breeze and any questions were answered quickly. The outside area was peaceful watching the sun go down, enjoying the birds, butterflies and hearing the waves in the distance. I did enjoy the beach with hardly anyone being there, off season was great. Beverly also provides beach towels & chairs! There were no long lines at the restaurants, the food was great! If you are looking somewhere to relax and unwind this is the place for you! Beverly was so nice and accommodating, she made my visit one to remember!
