About this property

Cozy Beach Getaway With a View!! Refreshed for 2025!!

  • This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. The house is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for the owner's use. Very quiet location and super relaxing but also a short drive to several great towns with shopping and dining. The house sits high up and has great ocean views from the covered porch! There are stairs from the yard to the street, then only about 3 houses down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!
